How much does EventSign cost?
Every event gets its own quote, based on how many screens you need and for how many days. Tell us about your event on the Contact page and we send you a quote.
Do we need our own screens?
No. We source the screens near your venue, portrait or landscape, on stands, and our technicians install and set them up. Already have screens of your own? Tell us about them and we can discuss it.
Who runs the screens during the event?
You choose. Our team can run everything, from the designs to on-site support, or your team runs the screens in the EventSign app. You can switch from one event to the next.
Which event platforms does EventSign work with?
Swapcard and My.EPEAK sync is built in: sessions, rooms, speakers and sponsors come straight from your event. Cvent, InEvent and other platforms are connected for you. No platform? Type the agenda in the app, or send us a spreadsheet.
What happens when a session changes at the last minute?
Change it in your event platform or in the app, and every screen shows the new time or room. Agenda changes need no publishing.
Can the screens match our brand?
Yes. Your logo, backgrounds, colours and font, with no code. For something unique, we build a fully custom layout for your event.
Can the screens show more than one language?
Yes. Every word on the screens can be written in any language. Cyberconference 2025 ran fully bilingual.
How do sponsors appear on the screens?
Next to the sessions they support, in banner campaigns that rotate in sync on every screen, in the playlist with their video or slide, and on the multi-room board in the foyer. A sponsor who signs the night before is on screen the next morning.
What can the screens show besides the agenda?
Images, videos and web pages, in playlists you schedule screen by screen and day by day.
Where do you work?
Worldwide. Our team works across time zones, in English and French, and German too. Screens are always sourced near your venue, and our technicians come to you.
Do the screens need an internet connection?
Yes. They run on the venue's internet, which venues provide as part of their professional services.
