This Privacy Policy explains what personal data EventSign collects when you visit eventsign.tech, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. EventSign is a service of EPEAK Studio.
Who we are
The website eventsign.tech ("the Website") is operated by EPEAK Studio USA Inc., 651 N Broad St, Suite 205 #1803, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("EPEAK Studio", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller.

This policy covers the Website only. The EventSign platform (app.eventsign.tech), used by our clients and their teams, is covered by the agreement with each client.
What we collect
Data you give us
- When you book a demo: the booking calendar on our Contact page is provided by My.EPEAK, EPEAK Studio's own platform (my.epeakstudio.com). It collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email address and the time you choose) to arrange the meeting.
- When you request a quote: your name, email address, the number of screens and days, and anything you add in the message.
- When you email us: what you write and your contact details.
Data collected automatically
- Usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, when and for how long, and the page that brought you here.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner (Axeptio) link on the Website.

We share personal data only with service providers that work for us, under contract, and only as needed:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case we will tell you before your data falls under a different policy.
International transfers
EPEAK Studio and some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as offered by each provider.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, and to the extent needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
- Demo, quote and contact requests: the Website does not store them. They reach our team by email and in our project tool, where we keep them as long as needed to answer you and for any business that follows.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps it for at most 14 months.
- Usage and security data (such as firewall logs) is kept for a shorter period, except where it is needed to keep the Website secure or we are legally required to keep it longer.
Security
We protect the Website and your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, firewall, access control). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR)
You can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal data and a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its use, including for direct marketing (always honoured);
- send it to you or to another organisation in a common machine-readable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time (for analytics: through the cookie banner), without affecting what was done before.
Write to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
In the last 12 months we collected the categories described above: identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information you give us in a request, and internet activity on the Website. We collected them from you and from your device, for the purposes above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
You have the right to know what we collected, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Contact us as above; an authorised agent may act for you.
Do Not Track
The Website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. Analytics only run with your consent through the cookie banner.
Children
The Website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Links to other websites
The Website links to other sites, such as other EPEAK services and our partners. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change matters, we will say so on the Website.
