The Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF) strengthens Riverside and San Bernardino communities through philanthropy, grantmaking, and nonprofit support, fostering equity and lasting impact.
IECF (the Inland Empire Community Foundation) is an important philanthropic organization in California. Each year, they host high-profile events to secure funding, supported by key sponsors.
In 2024, IECF decided to try EventSign in order to increase sponsor visibility. Building on this success, we deployed EventSign for IECF 2025 again. Indeed, this digital event display solution makes it possible to automate event communication, with many advantages over static prints or TVs with static content.
Standard static signage only offer fixed sponsor visibility, especially in crowded event venues with limited space. With EventSign, you can dynamically decide how much visibility you give your sponsors.

Building on IECF 2024’s success, EPEAK Studio deployed EventSign again for IECF 2025. This digital event sign solution is fully integrated with Swapcard, a leading event management platform. This integration allows for instant, automatic display updates throughout the venue, anytime the schedule changes.
We deployed 4 digital screens throughout the venue. Placed in strategic locations, these screens were here to guide attendees and enhance sponsor visibility. For example, we displayed the program for each room, as well as Wi-Fi information.
Attendees could interact with sponsor content displayed on the EventSign screens, directly through their Swapcard app.
For example, attendees could scan QR codes to load session pages, access sponsor portals, or download brochures.
EventSign delivered more ROI to the event’s partners, thanks to these features and activities, allowing for increased event sponsor visibility.
EventSign’s centralized control panel let IECF event organizers easily update signage in real-time. With this feature, event organisers are able to make last-minute changes, which are propagated instantly throughout the venue.
Unlike legacy solutions, EventSign prevents last-minute prints, and saves having to go over each screen one by one with a USB drive.
