The Challenge

IECF (the Inland Empire Community Foundation) is a prominent philanthropic organization. To acquire funding, they host high-profile events, supported by key sponsors.

IECF decided to increase sponsor visibility in order to ensure they receive the recognition and audience engagement they deserve. Indeed, traditional event signage methods such as static prints or TVs with static USB content have several limitations:

What we did

EPEAK Studio deployed EventSign, a smart signage solution, and integrated it with Swapcard, a leading event management platform. This integration created a seamless experience for event organisers, attendees and sponsors.

Dynamic Digital Signage

We implemented EventSign, which provided high-definition, customizable digital screens strategically placed throughout the event venue. These screens showcased sponsor logos, promotional videos, and real-time messages, ensuring sponsors had high visibility throughout the event.

Interactive Sponsor Features via Swapcard Integration

Through the Swapcard app, attendees could interact with sponsor content displayed on the EventSign screens.
This included scanning QR codes to load session pages, accessing sponsor promotions, downloading brochures, and even participating in sponsor-led activities, all facilitated through their smartphones.

These features and activities increased event sponsor visibility and attendee engagement, delivering more ROI to the event’s partners.

Centralized Content Management

We provided a centralized content management system that allowed IECF event organizers to easily update signage in real-time.
This ensured event organisers could make last-minute updates, and new information was instantly reflected across all screens without disrupting the flow of the event.
